Let’s start with introductions, I’m Emi! I’m currently an Engineer Manager, Rands fan, and I love what I do (Both things: Engineering & Leadership).
I have my vision and ideals on how engineering should be in an organization and my leadership style (Influenced and learned from a lot of people, but ultimately my own).
I’ve always wanted to share my views, ideas, vision and now the super exciting new road we are taking with my team diving into Developer Productivity Engineering.
I hope this helps future and current leaders on the incredible journey that is working with a team. And inspires everyone to always push for one thing: “Making engineering fun”.
This is my first try at a post here, I know I will get better.
